Company services
We are able to provide the following services for Jersey based business clients:
- Company formations
- Registration of trading and business names
- Nominee shareholders
- Corporate secretary
- Registered office
- Annual return filing
- Maintenance of statutory records
- Preparation of minutes and special resolutions
- Company dissolutions
- Certified copies of statutory documents
Our current fixed fees are as follows:
- Normal company formation - £695 including the stamp duty of £200, plus GST @ 3%
- Fast track company formation - £995 including the stamp duty of £400, plus GST @ 3%
- Pension company formation with annuity contract - £850 including the stamp duty of £200, plus GST @ 3%
- Provision of nominee shareholders, corporate secretary, registered office, storage of statutory records and preparation and filing of Annual Returns - £330.25 including the £150 filing fee billed annually in advance, inclusive of GST @ 3%
- Provision of nominee shareholders, corporate secretary, registered office and storage of statutory records - £95 billed annually in advance plus GST @ 3%
Other charges
All other client work is charged at our current hourly charge out rates and will be billed either as a separate item on completion, or as part of our fees with other work carried out, and is subject to GST @ 3% unless billed to an International Service Entity, in which case the service is zero rated for GST.
These services are provided by our in house companies, La Ville Formations Limited and its subsidiaries, La Ville Secretaries Limited and La Ville Corporate Services Limited which are regulated by the Jersey Financal Services Commission and are only able to provide class O services as defined by the Financial Services (Jersey) Law 1998.
